INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLAN AND MEASURES

Patents

1. Before applying for a patent, our company conducts prior art/technology patent searches based on the product's features to prevent
infringement risks.

2. Once the patent is granted, specific individuals are assigned to handle matters related to maintenance, utilization, protection, etc.,
in accordance with relevant management regulations.

3. If infringement of the patent is detected, legal actions may be taken to seek exclusion of the infringement or to claim damages for
the infringement.

  Trademarks

1. After obtaining trademark rights, the trademark will be used in company documents, advertisements, publications, the products
themselves, and packaging, among others, to establish the fact of using the trademark.

2. To uphold the rights and interests of the trademark, extension procedures will be conducted before the expiration of the trademark period.

3. If a registered trademark faces infringement, legal measures can be taken to seek exclusion of the infringement or claim damages for the
infringement.

Trade Secret Management:

1. Upon hiring, employees are required to sign either a "Employee Non-Disclosure Agreement" or an "Employee Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement," which explicitly stipulates the ownership of intellectual property (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.) and confidentiality requirements, including non-compete clauses.

2. Signing a "Vendor Confidentiality Agreement" with suppliers ensures the delineation of intellectual property ownership (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.) and specifies matters related to indemnification.

3. Departing employees are required to sign an "Employee Departure Confidentiality Commitment" upon leaving the company, ensuring the return, deletion, or destruction of any trade secrets acquired during their employment.

4. When departing from employment, employees are required to sign an 'Employee Departure Confidentiality Commitment,' confirming that they have returned, deleted, or destroyed any trade secrets obtained during their tenure.

5. The company will legally pursue responsibility upon discovering any breach or non-compliance with confidentiality obligations by individuals, regardless of their current employment status.
